Patrick Burke is Senior Vice President at CBRE in Memphis and co-leads the industrial tenant representation and leasing team. He has extensive experience assisting clients in the selection of warehouse/manufacturing space and disposition of surplus assets. He also assists clients with the site selection and incentive negotiation process. Since joining CBRE in 1997, Patrick has negotiated leases for clients acquiring distribution space in excess of 30 million square feet and sold over 6 million square feet of surplus assets. He also currently serves as a representative for the CBRE Special Properties Group. Patrick currently serves on the board of the Exchange Club Family Center and the SIOR Memphis Chapter. Previously, he served on the board of the Boys & Girls Club for over 10 years and chairman of the Dixie Homes Club in 2005. Patrick has volunteered for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and chaired the Auction Committee for the Red Carpet Bash in 2002 and 2003.
