Garrett Lynch graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Marketing, Sales, and Organizational Leadership in 2009. He then went on to manage a successful nightlife business in Chicago and then began leveraging his contacts to invest in small multifamily projects with foreign investor capital.
With his appetite for mostly larger multifamily complexes, he joined forces with Michael Blank to acquire a 150+ unit value-add multifamily assets around the country.
