Sam Wilson

Founder

Sam’s weekly podcast, How to Scale Commercial Real Estate, is rated in the top 1% world-wide, has 40K+ monthly downloads, and boasts nearly 800 episodes with industry influencers. He’s been an active investor for more than a decade in self storage, parking, multi-family properties/apartments, single family homes, RV Resorts and laundry facilities. Sam also has a diverse background in business ownership and management, allowing him to participate in a variety of asset classes.

His focus now is solely in the laundry facility space for his personal and investors’ portfolios. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in business finance from the University of Memphis and holds a real estate license in Tennessee. Sam is married with 3 children and resides in Memphis, TN.

Clay has eight years of experience in leadership development, public speaking, training, and personal real estate investing. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in PR, Advertising and Applied Communication from Murray State University (Murray, KY). 

He is married with two young children and resides in Memphis, TN.

Clay researches and pursues opportunities for investments in laundromats and land. 

 

Katie Tracy

Director of Communications

Katie handles communication channels within Bricken Investment Group and helps to communicate Bricken Investment Group’s mission across all platforms. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in English with a Business Minor from Hannibal-LaGrange University.

She currently resides in Clarence, MO.

Katie coordinates all of our major communication channels.

Corina Ranolas

Marketing Assistant

Corina has six years of experience in the communications industry. Her areas of expertise are project management, advertising, email marketing, social media, SEO, and podcast production. Corina has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from St. Peter’s College of Ormoc (Hilagang Leyte, Philippines).

Corina coordinates our social media campaigns to promote our brand and engage with our audience.

Maureen ( Mo ) McGuirt

Director Of Operations

Mo has eight years of experience in leadership development, process improvement, communication, and event planning. She has an additional 15 years of experience volunteering as a mentor. She holds an Interdisciplinary Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Art and Spanish from Southeast Missouri State (Cape Girardeau, MO). 

She is married with two young children and resides in Memphis, TN.

Mo handles human resources and process management.

Elizabeth Wilson

Co-Founder

Ellie has experience in the real estate and regulatory industries. As an entrepreneur and small business owner, she is able to employ her expertise in environmental/occupational health and safety, regulatory compliance, program development, training and Lean-Kaizen principles for improved quality and efficiency. 

She holds an MBA from the Unv of Memphis, Masters of Science degree from the Unv of Natal (South Africa), a Bachelor of Arts degree from Warren Wilson College (Swannanoa, NC). She also has graduate certifications in linguistics and French. 

Ellie is married (to Sam) with three young children and resides in Memphis, TN. 

Ellie spearheads community outreach, engagement, and strategic planning.
