Axel Ragnarsson is an active real estate investor based in Boston Massachusetts. He purchased his first Multifamily property during his sophomore year at the University of New Hampshire, where he earned degrees in finance and entrepreneurial studies.
While in UNH, he was a Founder and co-managing director of the Rines Angel Fund, the first only undergraduate student-managed Angel investment fund in the country. He is continually searching for new multifamily properties and communities to invest in. Currently, Brickleaf Properties owns approximately $5.2MM in Multifamily real estate, and Axel has been a principal party in about $15MM worth of transactions.
