Darin Batchelder has a very diverse business background. He’s been in the loan trading business for the past 16 years, responsible for trading an excess of $4Billion in loan sales. He’s worked with computer associates in eCredit.com in a sales capacity. He achieved CPA status with Pricewaterhouse and worked within PepsiCo’s domestic and international audit divisions.
He has a BS in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island, has a minority general partnership interest and key principal in the 256 multifamily community in Dallas, and is also a limited partner in 14 other properties, totaling over 3,944 multifamily units.
