Colin Douthit owns Atlas Property Management and Atlas Construction. In his first 18 months in real estate, he was able to acquire ownership in 65 doors while self-managing them. This led him to start a property management company, Atlas Property Management, which currently manages over 700 units and is adding 75-100 units per month.
Atlas Construction which was founded in 2020 will do over $2M dollars in rehab this year. He has 3 Engineering degrees which led him to a career as a Professional Engineer, and after realizing that Engineering wasn’t for him, he made the decision to leave the corporate world after 7 years and start investing in real estate.
