Today’s guest is Adam Levine. He is a graduate of Wilkes University, with a degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Property Management. Adam runs his Family’s wealth portfolio with multiple Northern New Jersey and Philadelphia investment partners. With his attempts to scale his commercial real estate holdings, he took a path that most people don’t take.

As opposed to investing directly in assets himself, he went out and built a few different funds that invest in different asset classes from single-family to multifamily and some other assets as well. In doing so, he learned quite a few things along the way.
