David Pere joined the Marine Corps in 2008, and since then he’s lived or traveled to many unique places in the world, including a combat tour in Afghanistan. He began investing in real estate back in 2015, where he house hacked a duplex using the FHA loan and then got ordered to Hawaii.
While he was stationed in Hawaii, he bought a 10-unit apartment back in Missouri and has continued since that time, investing in real estate. Through his experiences, he formed his own company, from Military to Millionaire with the goal of teaching Service Veterans how to build wealth through real estate investing, entrepreneurship, and personal finance.
