Paul Williams started investing in real estate in 2001. He originally started as a single-family landlord and house flipper, then later moved into retail and office space investing, and finally into multifamily investing. After gaining experience by investing in several multifamily properties, Paul joined the multi-family geeks team as a partner and works as the company’s visionary. He is an owner and investor in single-family and multi-family properties totaling 612 units with a value of approximately $71MM in the Atlanta, Chicago, and Central Texas areas.
